Swine Influenza - Alert
Passengers traveling to known affected regions (Mexico, United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Israel and Spain) should take extra personal precautions against the influenza. This includes frequent washing of hands with soap or with alcohol based hand sanitizers, wearing surgical musk and avoiding crowded areas.

World Health Organisation(WHO) advises no restriction of regular travel or closure of borders. It is considered prudent for people who are ill to delay international travel and for people developing symptoms following international travel to seek medical attention, in line with guidance from national authorities.

Various precautionary measures will be implemented by the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Bahrain at Bahrain International Airport
